Resistor Productions LLC partners with Apalon animation studio to deliver browser-based animated RPG Clan Wars. The team of experienced Apalon flash animators and developers were involved in the full-scale process of delivering art for a browser-based animated RPG. A real challenge was to elaborate unique character concepts and animate them using the most up-to-date Flash technologies. Additionally Apalon animation artists created more than 100 exquisite weapon and armor units. Special emphasis was placed on animation of complicated hit effects and creation of thematic backgrounds and worlds.
Featured Project: Sparta
Pocket Monkey Games hired Apalon animation company to develop its first iPhone game Sparta. The game became popular right after the release and scored TOP10 overall rankings on Apple App Store. The great deal of this success can be attributed to its graphics and artwork matching the exciting and fun concept. Our animation experts designed and animated characters, weapons and armor units (swards and shields, ranged weapons), hordes of fierce enemies (cruel Persians, bandits, uprising peasants) and thematic scenes that perfectly match the general concept of the game. Undoubtedly, Sparta cartoon animation influenced user appeal to the app and made gaming experience more immense.
Project Spotlight: iHead
iHead iPhone app is about attaching your photo to the funny animated characters. To create unique characters and made them act in a funny manner so that they would be appreciated by users was a challenging task that Apalon animators successfully solved. Taking advantage of the most up-to-date technologies our animation artists succeed in designing of animated characters of a baby, sexy blonde, drunkard, big momma, body builder and more. Special attention was paid to details that helped to create a unified look of each character.
Project Spotlight: iParadise
Apalon animations created divine layouts reflecting romantic atmosphere running through the whole iParadise iPhone app. The game features carefully designed animated sea-side scenes where characters can participate in relaxing activities and amazing sceneries that change depending on the time of day. In addition there are several mini-games built in iParadise: diving and start-gazing. Our animation studio met the challenge and managed to create naturalistic marine fauna that users can admire during diving session and constellations which can be seen in the night sky through the telescope.
